Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Newplans, you agree to these Terms, on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use Newplans.

Your use of the apps is also subject to the terms of the app store you downloaded them from. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for Newplans.

Newplans is a marketing operating system for organizing campaigns, tasks, creative work, PR and media relations, competitor and brand intelligence, meetings and related work, with AI assistance.

Newplans is currently in beta. Newplans is free during the beta. Features may be added, changed or removed, and some may be marked as experimental. The beta is provided “as is” and “as available”, and may contain errors or interruptions.

We may introduce paid plans later. We will tell you before any charge applies, and nothing will be charged without your agreement to the price shown at the time.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Newplans. You must give accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without your permission.

You can create or join shared workspaces. A workspace's owners and administrators control who can join it, each member's role and permissions, and the workspace's content.

If you use Newplans on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are allowed to bind it to these Terms.

You must not use Newplans to:

• break any law or regulation, or help anyone else do so
• ask Newplans to collect information from websites or services in a way that breaks the law or those websites' terms, or to collect personal information you have no lawful basis to process
• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or misleading communications
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights
• harass, defame, threaten or impersonate anyone, or distribute unlawful, hateful or abusive content
• upload malware or interfere with, overload or disrupt Newplans or its providers
• try to access accounts, workspaces or data you are not authorized to access, or bypass security or usage limits
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service, except where the law allows it

We may remove content or limit features that break these rules.

You and your organization keep ownership of the content you put into Newplans, including files, recordings, notes and contacts.

You give us a limited licence to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and support Newplans for you, including sending it to the service providers described in the Privacy Policy. This licence ends when the content is deleted, apart from copies kept for a limited time in backups.

You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for the content you upload or process, including recordings of other people and contact details of third parties. Where the law requires it, you must tell people when you record a meeting.

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your purpose. Review it carefully before you rely on it, publish it or send it.

The assistant prepares proposals; changes are saved only when you confirm them. Newplans never publishes, posts or sends anything to other people on its own: it happens only when you or a teammate take that action.

AI output is not professional legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice.

Similar requests from other users may produce similar output; you are responsible for checking that what you use does not infringe anyone's rights.

Newplans shows public information from third-party sources, such as news articles, websites and public social media posts and ads, with links to the original sources. That content belongs to its owners; we do not control it and are not responsible for its accuracy. Follow the original source's terms if you reuse it.

Newplans may connect to third-party services you choose to use, such as sign-in with Apple or Google or a connected analytics account. Those services are governed by their own terms.

Newplans is free during the beta, and the apps do not offer purchases. If paid plans are introduced, their prices, billing intervals and features will be shown before you buy, and the terms presented at that time will apply to them, together with the following.

Automatic renewal. A paid plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period (for example each month) for another period of the same length, and the payment method on file is charged the then-current price, until you cancel. Before you first subscribe, we show the price, the billing interval and the fact that the plan renews automatically.

Price changes. We will tell you by email and in the product at least 30 days before a new price applies to your plan. The new price applies from your first renewal after that notice; if you do not want to continue at the new price, cancel before that renewal.

How to cancel. Whoever manages billing for the workspace can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing on the website, or by writing to the support address below. Cancelling stops future renewals.

When cancellation takes effect. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Until then the workspace keeps its plan; after that it moves to the free limits, and your content is not deleted because of it.

Newplans, its software, design, interface and branding belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Newplans as intended; they do not transfer any ownership.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

We work to keep Newplans reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. Maintenance, technical issues or third-party providers may affect it. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose; you can download your data at any time.

You can stop using Newplans and delete your account at any time, in the app under Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account, or on the website under Settings → Profile.

We may suspend or close an account or workspace if it breaks these Terms, creates a security or legal risk, or harms other users or the service. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to download your data. We may also end the beta or the service with reasonable notice.

The sections on your content, our intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and governing law continue after termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Newplans is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be excluded.

We may update these Terms as Newplans changes. The latest version will show its “Last updated” date. We will tell you in the app or by email before a material change takes effect; if you keep using Newplans after that, the updated Terms apply.
