Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of newplans. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you're using newplans on behalf of a company, you're agreeing on that company's behalf and confirming you have the authority to do so.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 16 years old to use newplans.

Free trial and billing

• New workspaces start with a 3-day free trial. No card is required to start the trial.
• After the trial ends, continued access requires an active paid subscription.
• Your first month after the trial is billed at 50% off the plan's listed price; renewals after that are billed at the full price.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use newplans to:

• Generate or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading content.
• Attempt to access another workspace's data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, including through automated scraping or abuse of AI features.
• Reverse-engineer or resell the product without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

AI-generated content

newplans uses third-party AI models (including OpenAI and Google Gemini) to generate strategy, copy, and images based on what you provide. AI output can be inaccurate or require editing. You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or acting on it, and for ensuring your use of it complies with applicable law.

Your content

You own the content you create in newplans. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. We don't use your workspace content to train AI models.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

newplans is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can stop using newplans and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or non-payment. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (billing obligations, liability limits) will continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
